Ivy Roush, B.A. brings to InnerWorkings Professional Services extensive research and program administration experience in the biotech, health care and mental health fields. While completing a bachelor’s degree in genetics from the University of California, Davis where she progressed from Research Assistant to Research Specialist, Ivy was responsible for planning and executing multiple end-to-end projects involving molecular biology techniques and analysis/interpretation of data in genetic studies. She went on to work for several years at genetics companies in California and Washington as a Research Associate and Senior Quality Control Analyst including responsibilities for project management and execution with cross-functional teams. Ivy then made the decision to shift her career focus to pursuing a Master’s Degree in somatic psychotherapy. She has experience working as a Respite Provider at a Colorado community based organization providing care for geriatric and developmentally disabled clients. With a heart for people and a mind for administration and research, Ivy will assist you in accessing treatment at InnerWorkings Professional Services as well as contributing to furthering development of Autonomic Stress Removal.
